Currently Not Collectible

A CNC is for people who have no means to pay how much they owe the IRS. Without any source of income, you can declare your tax amount as “currently not collectible”. It is possible for you to qualify for a CNC with our help. Once qualified all collection activities will be stopped.

Once your account is in CNC status, the government will typically stop coming after your assets with liens or levies, and won’t garnish your wages. However, this does not ensure that the government won’t come after you sooner or later. Interest and penalties can still grow while in CNC status.

A CNC status won’t last a lifetime. The IRS can still reopen your case at any time, especially if you owe additional taxes, sell assets or increase your income.

It’s time for you to stop living in fear.
